I applied to get my health check-up done early this year.

I didn't know, but maybe it's because there are no people at the hospital initially... There are discounts or something like that...

There is also a national health check-up... and I am adding a few more items while getting additional discounts.. haha

Also had a colonoscopy...

It's three days before the colonoscopy...

From now on, I need to adjust my diet as well...

I like snacks, I like spicy things, and I like red foods...ㅠㅠ

What should I eat to get through these three days...ㅠㅠ

I bought castella first.ㅋㅋㅋ

I think I gained about 1 to 3 kg anyway...

Hehehe... After the check-up... I wonder if it will return to the original state...

I'm secretly looking forward to it.. haha

Ah.. I really don't think I can stick to a diet plan or restrict my food...

It's not that I eat a lot, but I have a body type that doesn't gain weight easily despite eating...

Thankful for my constitution.....

But... only... a lot of belly fat...ㅠㅠ
