I highly recommend KMI Korean Medical Research Institute (Busan). I found out about it through a doctor I know. The facilities are clean and nice. The doctors and staff are very friendly. I've been going for regular checkups for almost 10 years, and the results are systematically managed, so I'm very happy. Of course, there's no overtreatment or inconvenience during the checkup process.
