I would like to share my experience of visiting for a health check-up last year.

Last year, I had a health checkup in the second half of the year, so it was quite crowded. If you plan to go, I recommend visiting a bit earlier to get the checkup. I say this, but in the end, I keep delaying it, and when the electronic secretary finally urges me to go for a health checkup at the end of the year, I will probably go then.

Since it is a hospital based on internal medicine, they tend to be more attentive and thorough when it comes to endoscopy and related procedures.

Actually, I receive health checkups to focus on internal examinations that are not visible to the eye. During the examination itself (endoscopy), I felt that they were very kind and considerate. Even after the results came out, they explained things kindly, so I didn't think I needed follow-up or was worried, but I appreciated that they told me I should pay attention and be cautious. Ultimately, taking care of one's health is one's own responsibility, and one must maintain a sense of alertness.
