I had a health checkup and a colonoscopy.

I took a pill thinking it might be easier.

This is my first time taking pills, so it's not easy either.

Take 28 pills with a glass of water at 7 PM, and take 14 pills over 30 minutes.

Divide the dose, drink more than 1 liter of water, and do so by 5 a.m.

You should drink two glasses of water first and then eat the same amount.

I go to the bathroom less in the evening than before.

It seems so, and I went more often in the early morning.

Eating plain porridge before 2 PM the day before the test.

It's the end, so I was hungry.

Colonoscopy is done under sedation, so it's not very difficult.

It's difficult because there's nothing, so people tend to avoid it.

Since I did it this time, I'll pass next time.

The examination went well, and fortunately, there were no polyps.
