Get a health checkup at least once every two years!

I kept postponing my health checkup, but I decided that this year I have to do it, so I came in. I also had an endoscopy, and they said there was a small polyp that was removed..! Such polyps are not visible and are only found during health screenings, so it’s scary but also a relief. Even for Cashdoc users, health checkups might seem too cumbersome and distant, but to take care of your health, I think you should get a health checkup at least once every two years! Even if you really dislike hospitals, it seems like you need to get familiar with them in times like this. Our health should always come first! I hope everyone stays healthy♡
