(Question) Do you get colonoscopies regularly?

Hello, recently due to abdominal pain, enteritis, and irritable bowel syndrome

I've been having a lot of hard days, so while I'm getting a gastroscopy at this year's health checkup,

I am also planning to get a colonoscopy.

Basically, it is recommended for those 55 and older, but to check the condition of the intestines

I'm thinking of trying it out. Has anyone received it before?

I was told that if the initial checkup shows no abnormalities, it will be fine for a few years, so I decided to at least try it once.

I'm planning to get it done. Since I'll be receiving it under sedation anyway... I thought it would be good to do it together with the above...
