Things to prepare for before a health checkup--Should I diet in advance?
I've started preparing for my health checkup this month. I used to get nervous and wonder if I should go on a special diet when the checkup approached, but I found out that maintaining my normal routine is more effective for accurate results than forcing myself to change my diet. So, I've been consistently maintaining the small habit of carrying a glass of water and a gut care product every morning. Unlike before, when fasting felt like a chore, now it's my secret weapon to starting my day with energy. Knowing that simply avoiding overeating or drinking the night before and adhering to my fasting schedule is enough to prepare me for the test, I feel much more at ease. These small habits are protecting my health and giving me confidence to go in for the checkup.
