I think Ezen 6 is the best among the painkillers.

I think the effect is the fastest because it absorbs more quickly. I had a hard time with Tylenol because its effect is slow. So I repurchased and took Easy N6, and again, I think Easy N6 works the fastest for me. I mainly take Easy N6 Eve, and I believe it's the best for menstrual pain. It contains ibuprofen, which relieves pain, and Paracetamol, which helps alleviate menstrual cramps.
