Tylenol is the best.

Our household over-the-counter medicine is Tylenol.

Perhaps it's the most commonly used painkiller.

Especially, my husband almost immediately takes medicine whenever he has a headache and gets better right away.

A single Tylenol tablet is enough for my menstrual pain~~

It is said to be effective for up to 4 hours with just one pill.

I feel almost better after taking one pill haha
