Recommended comprehensive vitamin: <Jongkundang Benpovel ES Jeong>

This time, I recommend a comprehensive vitamin that I am personally taking and purchasing at the pharmacy.

Benpovel ES tablets from Chong Kun Dang, to be taken once a day, one tablet.

It is labeled as a high-dose functional active vitamin fortified with 500μg of Mecobalamin, and I bought it because the pharmacist recommended it.

It seems to be more effective than the Arona Min Gold I used to take, but it might just be my feeling. Haha

It is said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain.

It is also good for physical fatigue or decreased stamina. I bought a four-month supply to try taking it consistently!
