After diligently climbing stairs every day for a while, I started to notice abnormal signals in my knee joints and realized I had arthritis. My elderly parents told me that MSM supplements are effective for arthritis, so I have been taking them regularly. Since older people have seen positive results, I trust it more. I think climbing stairs or hiking frequently might not be good for the joints. Exercises like swimming, yoga, or Pilates that do not strain the joints seem to be better.
