My own purchase, Now Foods Omega-3 Fish Oil

This is my own purchase, Now Food Omega-3 Fish Oil.

I am taking it after purchasing from iHerb.

The medication is quite large, making it difficult to take, and it has a fishy smell.

Still, I take it every day because it is said to improve dry eyes and blood circulation.

I'm not sure about the effectiveness.

Next time, I plan to choose medication that is a bit smaller in size and doesn't have any smell^^;;;;
