I caught COVID twice this year. I exercise diligently every day, but I was so upset about this that a few months ago, when I got sick for the second time and went to the hospital, I asked the doctor, and he said it was probably due to a weakened immune system for various reasons, and he recommended taking high-dose vitamin C.
Since then, I started eating this, and strangely enough, I haven't caught a cold yet and am holding up well. Haha. Maybe it's just my feeling, but I think I also go to the bathroom a bit better. If anyone is 고민ing with similar symptoms, I recommend it.
