Since my skin wasn't in good condition, I visited a dermatologist, and I heard that the troubles around my mouth would disappear just by taking a good multivitamin, so I started taking medication, and my skin improved a lot. When I take vitamins, I feel less fatigued and a bit more energetic. I'm taking them regularly with my high school son.
Since it's autumn, I think it will also help prevent colds, so I must make sure to take it.
