So, I am using two sizes that suit me.

The green is thicker.

Usually, green is used on the front teeth, and white is used between the molars.

 

 

 

Secondly, interdental brushes need to be replaced regularly.

So, I buy large-volume products and replace them regularly.

That way, the effects are better and ongoing management is possible.

I use a commonly used product that is also used in dentistry.

I buy and use cost-effective ones.

 

 

 

Third, even if it bleeds, you still have to do it.

This is me searching the internet,

And I visited the dentist last week to check again with the doctor.

Is the size selection incorrect?

Is it because I am inexperienced with the method I am using?

And the gum condition may also be poor.

It could be because food is stuck in your teeth.

If it's inflammation, they say it will get better if it heals.

However, if your condition does not improve, please be sure to visit the dentist.

 

Fourth, make sure to do it at least once a day.

Make sure to brush your teeth before bed, even if not every time.
