저도 임플란트 이후에 하고 있어요. 진짜 이 두개는 필수입니다.
My own dental care item - two types of interdental brushes, regular replacement is essential!!
It has been 10 years since my implant procedure.
My gums were originally weak, so I got an implant after extraction.
To use implants semi-permanently ~
And because my gums are not healthy, I use interdental brushes every day.
It's also better to use dental floss together.
--------------‐------------------------------
First, choosing the right size of interdental brush is important.
So, I am using two sizes that suit me.
The green is thicker.
Usually, green is used on the front teeth, and white is used between the molars.
Secondly, interdental brushes need to be replaced regularly.
So, I buy large-volume products and replace them regularly.
That way, the effects are better and ongoing management is possible.
I use a commonly used product that is also used in dentistry.
I buy and use cost-effective ones.
Third, even if it bleeds, you still have to do it.
This is me searching the internet,
And I visited the dentist last week to check again with the doctor.
Is the size selection incorrect?
Is it because I am inexperienced with the method I am using?
And the gum condition may also be poor.
It could be because food is stuck in your teeth.
If it's inflammation, they say it will get better if it heals.
However, if your condition does not improve, please be sure to visit the dentist.
Fourth, make sure to do it at least once a day.
Make sure to brush your teeth before bed, even if not every time.
‐-----------------------------------------
Tooth care is very important.
Getting an implant makes me realize even more how important it is.
Please take good care of it when the condition is good.
Be sure to have regular scaling and check-ups.
Keep up the great oral care today!!
