I went out to exercise after dinner~
Starting today, the temperature dropped sharply, and I went out without earplugs or gloves, so I was cold and walked quickly, and my head around the middle hurt.
A band-like sensation around the middle of my head, along with a moderate headache that persisted throughout my walk.
Even after taking a short break for a few minutes while walking, the headache remained the same.
Interestingly, after finishing my walking exercise and coming home, my headache disappeared.
Even when the weather was mild, I experienced a slight headache while walking, but it wasn't as severe as it is today.
Are there people like me who only get headaches when walking?
I don't know the reason.
