Having enough sleep, maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and ensuring good sleep quality are said to be the three key factors for healthy sleep. Just going to bed and waking up at the same time can significantly improve sleep quality, but I find that really difficult. (^_^;)

It's a common phrase among people who toss and turn for a long time in bed. However, a habit that others might envy could actually be a sign of sleep deprivation and accumulated physical fatigue. Experts explain that because the quality of sleep is generally poor, most people endure most of their time in a 'sleepy state,' and when they finally lie down, they fall asleep as if fainting.

Excessive sleepiness refers to a condition where, despite sleeping more than 9 hours regularly, one experiences an uncontrollable urge to sleep during unwanted times such as during the day, which interferes with daily life. In such cases, not only do work and learning abilities decline, but the overall quality of life also diminishes.

 

If you are experiencing these symptoms, it is advisable to visit a neurology department or sleep clinic at the hospital for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

 

Go to bed at the same time every day and get at least 7 hours of sleep.

 

Laying down at the same time to create a sleep environment, even if you can't fall asleep

 

Sleeping only 4 to 5 hours during the week and then sleeping more than 12 hours on weekends is not a good way to compensate for lack of sleep.
