At first, I thought this might be depression and worried a lot, but after doing self-diagnosis and looking at various health tips, I realized that bipolar disorder is a condition that can happen to anyone.

It was really difficult to accept this.

The thing called mental illness initially feels really frightening.

 

However, I realized that overcoming this is solely up to myself and that no one else can solve it for me.

Therefore, I received a lot of help from those around me, but I still believe I worked hard to overcome bipolar disorder.

From now on, I will research and think for myself, and I will introduce the three most helpful methods.

There are more methods than this, but I chose three that are the most intuitive and can produce sufficient effects in the shortest amount of time💚💚

I think bipolar disorder is a symptom that arises because I don't love myself.
