Do you know about turtle neck syndrome?
I've only heard of turtle neck... I never thought I would develop a turtle neck myself...
It's been quite a while since I suffered from a turtle neckㅠㅠ

This isn't a photo taken with my head pushed forward, but my face appears more prominent because of turtle neck postureㅠㅠ

Due to a turtle neck posture, the neck wrinkles have also become dark horizontal lines like this..ㅠㅠ
I heard that horizontal neck wrinkles are caused by bad habits, and when turtle neck syndrome is severe, it can occur along with pain.
I have a job that requires me to look at a computer a lot while working.
I kept staring and concentrating on one spot, so I didn't loosen my neck while working.
Since I do a lot of computer work, I guess my neck has become stiff ㅠㅠ
 
 
So these days, after work and when I get home
I usually stick to a set time to avoid looking at my phone too much and to focus on work.
The stiff neck that was once rigid has become chronic, and the pain is worsening.
It seems like I have pain due to a turtle neck, and my lower back also hurts a bit.

They say it's also not good to sleep with a high pillow.
Recently, I purchased and have been using a turtle neck pillow.
It feels a bit stiff and fixed, but I like it.
It seems difficult to see results in a short amount of time ㅜㅜ
I lift my chin and loosen my neck, but since the effects don't appear immediately, the pain remains severe.
 
 
Has anyone received treatment for turtle neck?
If you have received treatment, I am curious about what kind of treatment you received and whether manual therapy was also effective.
I found out that chiropractic treatment is quite expensive and burdensome.
Please share any home remedies you know that can improve turtle neck syndrome.

    거북목은 생활습관에서 생긴다고 하죠 
예전에는 책이나보면 모를까~
요즘에는 컴퓨터이며, 핸드폰까지 계속 목을 가만히 두지 않고
막~ 괴롭히고 있는것 같아요 
전 이번에 편백경추배개를 구매 했는데요
향기님의 배개는 좀 딱딱한 프라스틱 같은 느낌이네요 
편백경우 배개는 편백의 향기가 몸을 먼저 편안한 수면으로 이끄는것 같아요  
그리고 거북목은 스트레칭도 많이 해주어야 하고 , 어디서 생긴 습관인지 파악도 중요하죠
저도 약간의 거북목이 있는데, 이거 지속되면 어깨 통증으로 내려오더라고요

    저도 거북목인데 치료도 치료지만 자세 교정을 안하면 치료해도 효과보기가 힘들던데요.  한달전 잠을 잘 못 자서  목이 안 돌아가서 정형외과 가서 사진 찍었는데 거북목이라더라구요. 근데..목이 불편해서 뻣뻣하게 있으니 거북목이 된건지 거북목이라서 목이 아픈건지를 잘 모르겠네요. 물리치료는 별로 효과 못본거 같은데.전에 도수치료받고는 많이 좋아졌어요. 옛날 보험들은 도수치료도 실비청구되던데..한번 알아보세요.

    저도 거북목이 좀 있는 편인데 치료를 받아본 적이 없어서 저도 궁금하네요. 거북목 때문에 어깨 통증도 있고 가끔은 두통도 와요. 참 사람을 힘들게 하네요. 거북목 어떻게 고치죠

    저도 거북목으로 도수 치료를 한동안 받았었어요. 
받을 때는 시원하고 좋았는데 근본적으로 치료가 되는 것 같지는 않았어요. 
아직도 거북목 땜에 좀 고생하고 있어요.

지금은 덜한데 예전엔 심해서 목통증으로 고생했었어요
컴터 작업할때 자꾸 목이 컴터 만나러 마중을 나가게 되더라구요 ㅎㅎ
요즘은 목받침 있는 의자사용으로 의식적으로 목을 목받침에 기대고 있으니까 통증이 덜합니다.
목교정기도 사용해봤는데 사용하기 좀 불편하더라구요
고개 들어 하늘보기 자세 자주 하면 목통증 풀어주는데 좋아요
