When it comes to protein, meat is the first thing that comes to mind, but plant-based proteins are the best!
Personally, I like tofu too, but since it's hard to eat a lot of tofu, I mainly drink soybean soup.
I have an "ice cold" style, so I often eat cold noodles and soybean noodle soup even in winter lol
You can also add it to cold soybean milk soup with seaweed noodles.
It's very satisfying and good even if you drink it instead of soy milk.
Boiling and blending beans at home is the best, but it's too busy in modern society to do so.
Let's consume protein with soybean milk and aim for longevity!
