How are you managing your scalp during the summer?

The ultraviolet rays are so strong that I always carry a parasol when going out, but I can still feel my scalp heating up during midday.

I heard that having a lot of heat on the scalp can lead to hair loss. Please recommend a cooling tonic product to spray on the scalp.

I've used one or two products, but they don't feel cooling. I am using them because they are good for the scalp, but with summer here, I want to use a cooling product.
