I would like to share my experience of recently experiencing severe back pain and finally recovering after several treatments.
This is not a promotional piece, but a realistic review based on my own experiences.

Onset of pain: Excessive computer work and exercise

1. Early physical therapy and slow progression
I received physical therapy (ultrasound and electromagnetic waves) and mild manual therapy from a massage therapist three times in total. However, even after about 15 days, the pain did not significantly improve, and continued treatment was necessary.

2. Concurrent injection treatment and ultrasound treatment
As there was no improvement, I began using injection therapy in conjunction with the treatment. After consulting with my doctor, I received three injections of medication around the painful area, and continued with ultrasound. Even after the injections, about 50% of the pain still persisted, and I was concerned that the treatment would take longer than expected.

3. The ultimate solution: special ultrasound treatment.
To address the remaining pain, I tried a new treatment. It involved applying cold liquid and rubbing special ultrasound waves onto the painful area at an intensity ranging from 3 to 4. While the treatment was painful and sore, this high-intensity treatment proved crucial in relieving my back pain.

Surprisingly, after two or three days of receiving the last special ultrasound treatment, the remaining pain began to gradually disappear.
I've stopped treatment and am currently observing the progress for over 20 days. I feel no pain at all, and I can continue to function normally. I didn't realize it at the time, but I believe the doctor's careful and comprehensive approach, from initial physical therapy to injections and even intensive ultrasound therapy, completely resolved my back pain.
