How long can I wear the lens?

I have been wearing contact lenses for 15 years since I became a college student.

I have been wearing hard contact lenses for about 13 years, and since last year, I have mainly been using disposable lenses.

Lately, my eyes dry out quickly, and I feel like my eyesight is getting worseㅜㅜ

Will I be able to continue wearing contact lenses?

In high myopia, the cornea is thin and there is also a lack of space for lens insertion, so we are avoiding vision correction surgery.ㅜㅜ

I look ugly with glasses, haha. I want to wear contact lenses for a long time, is that possible??
