Lately, I've been experiencing lower back pain and leg numbness.
I'm worried because the pain is severe.
I really love exercising and do it to my heart's content.
I can't exercise.
Even after sitting in a chair for a long time, I feel back pain, my legs go numb, and I feel uncomfortable.
I especially feel a sharp, tingling pain from my left lower back to the back of my left knee.
Pain injections seem to be effective only for that day.
Are there any other treatment options?
Please recommend some good exercises for the lower back. Also, I am curious about supplements that are good for joints.
