[Tip] 👃 If it's hard to rinse, manage with Hamsoa Cheongbi Water and Cheongbi Goro.

Everyone knows that if you have rhinitis or during seasonal changes, nasal irrigation is very beneficial, right? Of course, our 9-year-old little one with rhinitis also does nasal irrigation. However, we haven't been doing it for very long. I think it's been about 5-6 months.

 

Getting used to nasal irrigation actually takes some time, and it's quite unfamiliar, so children find it difficult to get accustomed to. Once they grow a bit older, can understand speech, and try it themselves, they need to experience the refreshing feeling in their nose a few times to realize, "Oh! This feels good!" Only then do they recognize it. So, how did we manage before that!

 

I managed it with Hansoa Korean Medicine Clinic's Cheongbi Water and Cheongbi Goro.

 

 

Originally, it is called Cheongbisu, Cheongbigo, and Cheonginsu, collectively known as Hansoah Cheong Trio. It is a prescription medication that can be purchased after consultation with a Korean medicine doctor.

 

Cheongbi-soo is used as a traditional herbal spray to rinse the nasal mucosa by spraying 2-3 times into the nose. After spraying, just let it flow naturally for a moment and then gently loosen it. It helps remove nasal debris (boogers, traces of nosebleeds) and alleviates rhinitis (nasal congestion).

 

Cheongbi Go is a traditional herbal ointment applied inside the nose to cleanse with Cheongbi Water. It contains peppermint, eucalyptus, and tea tree to reduce nasal mucosa swelling, so by applying it to the nasal mucosa with a cotton swab before bed, you can have a comfortable night.

 

Once you do it a couple of times, you'll get used to it and be able to apply it easily, but I (TIP) just gently lift and place it, then hold the nose and do a "nose wiggle" (?) (nose wiggle = pinching and releasing the nose with your index finger).

 

Now, the frequency of using the cursor has decreased, but I still use it once in a while on days with heavy fine dust.

 

Although I do not have it, Cheonginsu is a traditional medicine that helps alleviate symptoms of stomatitis and pharyngitis using an oral spray.

 

I visit Hamsoah Traditional Korean Medicine Clinic around early autumn when it starts to get dry, and I purchase Cheongbi Water and Cheongbi Goe. While I'm there, I also have my little one undergo respiratory treatment once. Anyway, I buy and use them well until spring. Fall, winter, and spring are our home's must-haves 😁

Cheongbi water and Cheongbi high school do not contain preservatives, so they must be stored in the refrigerator, and it is recommended to use them within the expiration date. Good things also go bad if left unused; once the date has passed, even if it’s a pity, I just throw it away!
