I have been dieting for five years. I mainly do walking as my exercise. However, I want to clarify one thing: is aerobic exercise better for weight loss, or is strength training better? I find strength training difficult, so I mainly do walking, which is aerobic exercise, and I do not do strength training. But maybe because I only do aerobic exercise, I feel that my weight loss has plateaued. In the first year, I lost about 5 kilograms, but since then, my weight has hardly changed.
