Does everyone have neck or shoulder stiffness?
When I do flying yoga, I don't feel any pain and it feels refreshing, but after distancing myself from exercise due to COVID-19, my neck has been constantly stiff, and if it worsens, I also feel pain up to my shoulders.
I don't think it's because I don't do simple exercises that I don't have pain. How is everyone managing it?
