보호대는 저도 팔목 무릎에 꼭 해주고 있어요. 보호대 해주면 그나마 괜찮더라구요. 아이 키우시느라 고생 많으시네요. 건강 잘 챙기세요~^^
My personal AIDER brace that protects joint health
These days, just because someone is older doesn't mean their joints suddenly become bad or anything like that.
In my case, after turning thirty and getting married, having a child, and starting parenting... my previously weak stamina quickly became very apparent.
Especially right after childbirth, when I couldn't use the pump during mastitis, I did it by hand, and my fingers and wrists hurt so much. Even when it looked like I had recovered after taking medicine, if my body condition was just a little off, I would immediately start hurting, and I couldn't even do laundry or wipe with a wet tissue properly. I only went to physical therapy at that time, but wearing a brace made a huge difference! It locks twice, so it really holds firmly, giving me great support^^ It was a gift, and I have wrist, knee, and waist braces, and I use them all well. I heard they weren't expensive, so even if they weren't high-end, I think they offer good value for money~
