I'm wondering if I should take medication for menopause.

Now that I'm fifty years old, my body hurts here and there, and I think I'm going through menopause.

Maybe because it's just the beginning, I only feel a sensation of heat.

Other symptoms have not appeared yet.

I think taking herbal medicine might reduce the symptoms.

Does menopause just pass by without leaving any impact?

Severe menopause is difficult for my family and I think it is very hard for me too.
