The paraffin therapy heat treatment helped cure wrist pain (carpal tunnel syndrome).
When I was suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome
Seeing my friend struggling a lot, I gave them a birthday present.
I bought a paraffin therapy device for themㅎㅎㅎ
This is a paraffin therapy device that you can't miss when you go to the hospital for physical therapy.
These days, many people use paraffin therapy devices at home as well, right?
However, since there may be people who do not know, I would like to introduce it.
What is carpal tunnel syndrome?
For more detailed information about carpal tunnel syndrome
Thank you for referring to the previous post I uploaded.

Because of carpal tunnel syndrome pressing on the nerves, I experienced numbness even while sleeping or after performing the same motion for a long time.
By consistently using the paraffin therapy device in the evening, I was able to feel a reduction in pain.
Paraffin therapy works by delivering heat to the target area using paraffin wax, which has high thermal conductivity.
Paraffin wax can deliver heat superficially to the skin or muscles while also transmitting deep heat, making it effective for muscle relaxation and promoting blood circulation, as well as alleviating inflammation. Additionally, because paraffin wax cools down slowly while retaining heat, it provides a sustained effect.
<How to Use Paraffin Wax>
Turn on the paraffin machine and wait for 3 hours.
It takes time for the paraffin to melt.
2. After melting the paraffin completely, adjust the temperature to about 53 degrees Celsius.
A high temperature is not necessarily a good thing!
Please maintain the proper temperature to prevent the risk of burns.
By the way, paraffin hardens when it drops below 50 degrees.
In winter, setting it to around 55 degrees makes it warm and comfortable.
3. Slowly dip your hand and hold for about 5 seconds!
4. Slowly remove your hand and stay still until the dripping paraffin stops.
When I move my finger, the paraffin tears and when I dip my hand again, hot paraffin keeps getting in between!
5. Wait briefly until the paraffin on your hand hardens.
6. Repeat step 3 three more times for a total of 3 sets!
It is a process of applying multiple layers to harden it. That way, the heat is maintained for a longer period.
<Precautions>
1. It is better not to use it if you have diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis.
2. Since there is a risk of infection at the wound site, it should not be used, and it is better to remove all jewelry with high thermal conductivity before attempting paraffin therapy.
There is a risk of low-temperature burns when used for a long time.
Using it at excessively high temperatures may cause burns, and attempting it when you're not accustomed to it can be quite painful, so please be careful.
When individuals use a paraffin therapy device, they sometimes reuse the wax. Over time, waste and various foreign substances mix in, making it necessary to replace the wax. Although this can be inconvenient, the therapy device offers excellent results, making it worthwhile to invest time, money, and effort into it.
It is best to apply it when the pain occurs after hardening and melting it down.
It's good that it works. Even when my hands are rough normally, I do it.
Parisine has a moisturizing effect, which is good for skin health.
At first, I wondered why someone would give such a gift.
After using it consistently, I realize it's a perfect remedy for wrist tunnel syndrome pain, and I am still grateful to my friend for recommending it.
If you're suffering from pain, I would recommend a paraffin therapy device~
