From one day on, I started feeling a small pain in my lower back whenever I walked.
I didn't feel it when I was sitting or standing, but it felt small only when I was walking.
After receiving treatment, I was told that the disc was slightly swollen and that it was the early stage of disc symptoms.
Since it's a job that requires sitting, I spend a lot of time sitting and working, and except for the occasional bathroom visit, I rarely have to stand or walk.
Because of this, my posture often gets messed up. I know it's bad, but it's not easy to fix.
Then, one day, I started to feel some small symptoms of disc problems.
The reason I didn't pay much attention to this disc symptom was because the pain wasn't that severe.
I didn't really feel anything when I was sitting working or just standing.
Then, one day, whenever I walked, I felt a pain that seemed to be a symptom of a herniated disc.
I didn't know it myself, but a coworker said that she felt like my posture was a little slouched.
I visited an orthopedic clinic near my company. I briefly discussed my disc symptoms during the check-in process.
I took pictures and consulted with the doctor, and as expected, the symptoms were correct for the disc.
Fortunately, the disc symptoms are not that severe yet, so there is no need for treatment or surgery.
He said that the disc wasn't ruptured or anything, just slightly swollen. So the pain wasn't severe.
However, since it was swollen, I felt pain like a herniated disc every time I walked, so I was given a simple prescription to correct my posture and not overdo it.
I was a little confused about the idea of treating disc symptoms with medication, but in less than a week, the pain was almost gone, though not completely.
I definitely tried to correct my posture and take my medication regularly, so I feel like my disc symptoms have subsided easily.
I need to start correcting my posture from now on so that I don't have to go through surgery or other procedures.
