Is there a way to soothe sensitive skin?

My skin type is dry and quite sensitive.

Cosmetics can also cause allergic reactions to fragrances, which can be really upsetting ㅠㅠ

So choosing cosmetics isn't easy either ㅠㅠ

Is there any way to soothe this sensitive skin?ㅠ

I often buy cosmetics and only use them once, then can't use them again, so I feel like it's a waste too ㅠ
