(Concern) Knee pain

My knee has been hurting occasionally for a few years now.

There was a time I couldn't do it properly.

It's hard to bend my knees and even when I walk.

A slight limping feeling... from someone else's perspective

They said they don't know;;

Even if I go to the orthopedic department for a consultation and receive physical therapy

It didn't seem to be very effective.

So, in the end, I went to the pain clinic and received an inflammation injection.

That's correct;;

The effect was really good;;

Since it's a steroid injection, I feel some concern while receiving it... These days, it doesn't hurt as much as before, but I still need the injection again.

I don't really want to fight;;

Are there any other treatment options when experiencing knee pain?^^
