이석치환술 한번만 받으셨어요? 저는 몇번 받았거든요. 이석증이 재발이 잘 된다던데 저는 작년초에 생기고 아직은 괜찮아요. 유튜브에서 저랑 같은 위치에 생긴 거 찾아서 이석치환술 집에서 똑같이 해줬더니 효과 좋더라구요. 신경과 선생님한테도 여쭤보니 그렇게 해주면 된다더라구요

Two years ago, while sleeping in winter, I slightly turned my head, and the world started spinning. It was the first time I had ever felt dizziness, and my whole body broke out in cold sweat, feeling a terrifying fear as if my heart was about to burst.
I stayed awake all night unable to move, and when I went to the hospital, I was diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and I received treatment through canalith repositioning. However, even after that, I frequently experience vertigo again and go back to the hospital for treatment. Now, I am afraid to sleep. What should I do?
Can I prevent the recurrence of BPPV?
