Hello, for this event, I would like to introduce my own healthy dish, which is shabu-shabu. Actually, it’s hard to get enough vegetables, right? Vegetables contain many good nutrients like vitamins and dietary fiber. I think it’s better to get these nutrients through food rather than pills. I usually eat mainly meat, but when I eat shabu-shabu, I get to include vegetables, mushrooms, and other things I don’t usually eat, which is great. Also, the refreshing broth tastes really good. I recommend this to those who don’t usually include vegetables in their diet.
