Do I need to remove the metal pin caused by an ankle fracture?
My father-in-law got off the bus the year before last.
You had an accident resulting in a broken ankle.
Grandmother was carrying a shopping basket carrier.
It was an accident caused by slipping and falling there.
First, go to the orthopedic department for an urgent surgery.
After about a year of rehabilitation, you are now able to walk well.
But Dad really wants to have the metal pins in his ankle removed.
They say that because you are quite sensitive, you can feel that.
At first, it's simply because Dad wants it.
I thought it would be right to do it for you.
The problem is that my dad has a myocardial infarction, so he is taking medication.
It exists. I also visited a few other hospitals.
There is also an opinion that anesthesia could be too much.
I'm very worried.
Do I have to remove the metal rod after an ankle fracture?
If you live without being aware, is it okay not to do it?
I would like to hear the opinions of those with experience.
