저는 물만 마셔도 살이 금방 찌는 체질이에요 먹는거 좋아해서 잘 먹지만 활동적이어서 칼로리소모도 많고 운동도 열심히 하는데 효과가 없네요ㅠ
I'm starting a diet, but which is better, traditional Korean medicine or Western medicine?
I didn't realize before that I have a body type that gains weight easily.
No matter how much I eat, my digestion is so good that I don't gain weight, to the point where others envy me.
I really enjoy exercising, so I was able to lose the 15kg I gained during pregnancy and even shed an additional 20kg within six months after giving birth, so losing weight wasn't very difficult for me.
Because I liked exercising, I even made it my profession for ten years.
Of course, I've never lived with belly fat before.

Is it because of lack of exercise? (I walk 5-6 days a week) I don't even eat late-night snacks, but I just can't seem to lose weight.ㅠㅠ
My coworkers recommend traditional Korean medicine diets and Western diets, but I've never tried dieting with those methods before, so I'm unsure which one would be better.
