Avocado Bagel

 

This is my favorite healthy food, avocado bagel. I love bread so much that I need to eat at least one piece a day, and preferably a meal replacement bagel! Adding a touch of sweetness (jam) to the healthy fat of avocado, and sprinkling some pepper makes it delicious and healthy without any additional seasoning! Pairing it with oat milk or almond milk makes for a quick and easy meal!
