I have severe menstrual cramps, and especially my lower back hurts a lot.

During my period, I have to lie still all day.ㅜ

Went to the neighborhood Korean medicine clinic and got acupuncture on my lower back.

It's the end..

But I'm worried because my daughter is also starting to look similar to me.

Are there any hospitals in Suwon or Dongtan that are good at treating menstrual pain?

Please recommend something ^^

    병원 추천은 아니지만 저 생리통 심했는데 
오메가 쓰리 먹은 이후로 진통제 먹으면 괜찮은 수준으로 떨어졌어요 통증이 ㅎㅎ 
혈액순환이 잘되서 그렇다나.. 한번 챙겨드셔보셔요

    저는 예전에 큰병원가서 진료 받고, 약을 처방 받았는데,.
그게 진통제 더라구요.

    생리통으로 병원보다는 약이나 찜질로 해보세요
너무 심하면 산부인과 가야죠
