Concern about breast fat grafting

My breasts have gotten smaller due to dieting ㅠ I used to be a B cup.. now I can't even fit into an A.
I'm losing confidence... I'm seriously considering breast surgery. ㅜ
I heard that getting plastic surgery with fat grafting looks natural and good.
I have seen a lot of people who have had implant surgery.
I don't know if it's because autologous fat grafting is not noticeable or if not many people have had the procedure.
Could you share your reviews from those who have had chest fat grafting, and could you also recommend hospitals in Cheonan or Gangnam?

저 어제 자가지방이식 수술 후기 찾아봤거든요~
정말 자연스럽도라구요~
근데...이게 ..한번 넣어줌..꺼지기도 해서 2차 이식을 한다고도 하더라구요..ㅜㅜ

다이어트를 하면 정말 가슴 사이즈도 작아지는 거 같더라구요. 가장 먼저 빠지는 부위인 거 같아요.

가슴이 작아지면 정말 자신감이 조금 떨어지더라구여.
늘 고민은 있는데 막상 못하는게 요부분 수술이네요.
