Are the many visible veins on my calves varicose veins?

Are the visibly bulging veins in my calf varicose veins?

I stand and work a lot, so my legs swell and the veins bulge out. At first, I didn't think much of it, but now that the veins have become quite large, it's starting to worry me...ㅠㅠ

There would be no pain if anesthesia is administered during procedures or surgeries.

I'm curious about how pain feels when local anesthesia is used instead of general anesthesia.

I'm scared because I read some posts online saying it's very painfulㅠㅠ

And if there are many protruding blood vessels like mine

They say I need to have the removal procedure (vascular removal), but I think it will be very painful too...ㅠㅠ

Is it okay to live without surgery?
