(Helpful Tip) Child Growth Classroom

I was planning to just lounge around at home during my child's vacation.

They said they are organizing teams to conduct stretching and exercise classes at the fitness center as part of the growth program.

My child wanted to do it too, so without hesitation, I sent them to the center starting a week after the vacation^^

On the first day, we had an incredibly interesting class measuring InBody and practicing proper posture, so I was also very proud.

Most likely, during the vacation season, many nearby fitness centers will be operating, so please keep that in mind.
