I've had a long history of rhinitis, and while there's no complete cure, I'm worried about getting through the spring season well.

I want to talk about rhinitis, a disease that affects not only adults but also many children.

Actually, for the past three years or so, I think I haven't visited the ENT clinic very often, perhaps because I've been carefully wearing masks. (Maybe because illnesses come and go...)

After passing the peak of COVID-19, I think my nose started to itch and sniffle since the beginning of this year. As spring arrived, it was very dry, and especially the temperature differences were extreme, right? On top of that, with spring flowers blooming, there was pollen, and from China, yellow dust and fine dust too... It feels like we're going through an incredible season. That's probably why I've been doing nasal rinses diligently these days, and now I spray nasal spray every morning and evening. Still, I keep sniffing and sneezing badly... The spring allergy problem... After COVID-19 passed, it’s gradually revealing its true nature... Everyone, wash your hands thoroughly, keep up with nasal rinses, and take allergy medicine properly, and let's get through this...

Please let me know in the comments if you have any foods that are good for rhinitis or any recommendations!!
