(Concern) After cataract surgery??

My mom's eyes have been a bit blurry, so we went to the ophthalmologist for a check-up. They said she has cataracts and needs surgery. However, around that time, I saw a news report mentioning that some clinics ask if you have insurance coverage and suggest that you can get reimbursed later, even when surgery isn't strictly necessary. There are clinics that recommend surgery even when it's not really needed. From my perspective, I don't think surgery is absolutely necessary, but she was told she should do it. Anyway, she went through with the surgery, but afterward, she said she sees multiple black spots that look like they are stuck on her eyes. The hospital says they will disappear soon, but she has been suffering for several months. ㅠㅠ
