등이 계속 뻐근하고 잠을 자도 개운하지가 않아서 우리몸한의원을 찾았어요. 진료실에서 바로 아픈 곳만 보지 않고, 평소 자세나 오래 앉아 있는 시간, 목·어깨 상태까지 같이 확인해 주셔서 등 통증이 왜 생겼는지 이해가 됐어요. 치료는 전반적으로 부드럽고 편안한 편이었어요. 침이나 수기치료도 자극적이지 않고, 등 근육이 천천히 풀리는 느낌이라 치료받는 동안 긴장이 많이 풀렸고요. 중간중간 지금 풀고 있는 부위와 이유를 설명해 줘서 믿고 맡길 수 있었어요. 몇 번 치료를 받으면서 숨 쉴 때 느껴지던 답답함이 줄고, 하루 종일 굽어 있
