The professors at the university hospital are really reliable for treatment and care. However, there are always way too many patients, so it's way busier and there's a huge waiting time compared to a regular clinic.
At first, the nurses seemed a bit soulless, but they smiled occasionally and were very helpful. I only had tests done on the first day, so I'll write a review about the consultation details next time.
I went in with a sudden stomach ache, but they explained everything well and were very kind. After taking the medication, I quickly started to feel better.
The doctor was really great at explaining everything in detail during the consultation. The nurses were also very kind.
I visited because I had constant heartburn, and they prescribed me something, saying it seemed like reflux esophagitis. They explained everything very thoroughly.
