Is bromelain effective for floaters that look like fruit flies flying around?

Does bromelain enzyme have any effect on floaters that look like flies flying in front of your eyes?
A few months ago, a few flies started flying around in front of my eyes.
It fluctuates greatly between being visible and not visible.
This phenomenon is called floaters.

I think I saw a article claiming that dissolving eye floaters is effective for floaters.
Has anyone experienced an improvement in floaters after taking bromelain enzyme?
