My girlfriend recently started working out, and some changes have begun to occur.
Since I reduced rice and mixed grains in my meals (carbohydrate fasting), most of the accumulated stuff has become my share lol..
As a result, I think I am gaining a little weight on the other hand, haha. I'm trying to eat something together, but still... (?)
It seems quite difficult after all..
I'm planning to go to the gym together, but my girlfriend said she already canceled her personal training and wants to go somewhere else lol.. I also canceled mine.. sigh.
It would be good if we did it together..
It can't be helped, haha. We should meet with a slightly slimmer heart after exercising separately, right? :)
