Types of diet ingredients

I believe that food intake is more important than exercise when dieting.

The results of a diet vary depending on what kind of food you eat and how you eat it.

Eating food is one of the most important activities for keeping our bodies healthy.

You need to burn more calories than you consume to avoid gaining weight.

These days, I am doing the opposite, so I am gaining weight.

To lose weight, you should eat foods that are low in calories but give a feeling of fullness.

I would like to introduce ingredients that can fulfill this requirement.

 

 

 

Red broccoli

Broccoli is one of the diet foods with strong anti-cancer properties. It is also rich in nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, being selected as one of the world's top 10 superfoods. Additionally, broccoli contains more than seven times the calcium of spinach and is abundant in minerals and dietary fiber.

Oatmeal

Among diet foods, oatmeal is a food rich in dietary fiber, providing a strong sense of fullness and being effective for weight loss diets. The reason oatmeal provides a strong sense of fullness is because it is rich in dietary fiber and has the ability to absorb moisture.

I often cook egg dishes with the ingredients here.
