On average, how long do you experience ovulation pain?

Everyone, I've been struggling a lot with ovulation pain lately.
I am leaving this message because I want to hear about your experiences.

I always experience stomach pain around ovulation.
I am experiencing uncomfortable symptoms, and I am wondering how normal this is.

In my case, ovulation pain lasts for about 2 to 3 days.
Is this common or do other people...?
I want to know if it lasts shorter or longer.

What symptoms do you experience during ovulation pain?
I have a stabbing pain in the lower part of my abdomen.
Sometimes it even hurts up to my lower back.

It is really difficult to go about daily life at this time, and I am truly suffering.

And what methods can be used to shorten the ovulation pain period?
It would be helpful if you could also share whether you are currently using it.

I mainly use a warm compress.
I'm taking painkillers during ovulation pain, but if there's a better way, please let me know.
